Terms of service
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Draft for the site owner to review. These terms are a plain-language draft written for the friend-test release. The owner should read them, fill in the highlighted parts and, if needed, have them reviewed by a lawyer before relying on them.
1. About these terms
By creating an account or using MiniLive Studio you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is run by [owner: name or company, and country].
2. The service
MiniLive Studio shows the gifts you receive on TikTok LIVE as alerts and a gift jar in OBS, and gives you stats about your streams. It is an early, invite-only friend test: features may change, break or be removed, there may be downtime, and there is no guarantee that every gift or viewer count is captured.
3. Your account
- Give us accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Only verify TikTok accounts that you own or are allowed to manage.
- Your widget link works like a password. Do not show it on stream or share it. If it leaks, rotate or revoke it from the dashboard.
- The free plan has limits on the number of TikTok accounts and widgets.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or break TikTok’s terms and community rules, while using the service;
- verify, watch or collect data about accounts that are not yours;
- try to get around limits, probe or attack the service, or put an unreasonable load on it;
- use the service to harass people or to mislead viewers about gifts or earnings.
We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
5. TikTok
MiniLive Studio is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok can change or restrict its platform at any time, which may affect the service. Stats are for your information only. Coins are not money and our numbers are not financial, tax or legal advice.
6. Your data
You keep your rights in your content and data. You allow us to process it only as needed to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
7. Ending things
You can stop using the service whenever you like. We can end or suspend the service, or your access, for example if you break these terms or if we have to shut the test down. We will try to give notice when we can.
8. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises about uptime, accuracy or fitness for a purpose.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost revenue, gifts or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it (for the free plan, nothing). Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters we will update the date above and tell signed-in users. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [owner: country or state], and its courts have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
